What is best Stainless or Powder Coated?  It depends Stainless is very durable but will still show spots occasionally whereas Powder Coated finish will over time tarnish and it can be chipped or scratched. Powder coated is however easier to clean and can be made to match your surroundings. 2.Gas or Electric:  Really depends on your circumstances if electricity is available at you location we recommend that option as it is cheaper and easier to maintain. Our electric BBQs are powered by large heaters that will heat quickly and cook well. They can be adjusted thermostatically. 3. Can I adjust the cooking time preset?  Yes. 4. Can I get parts for my BBQ?  Yes, we stock a full range of parts and can supply all parts in the unlikely event you have a problem. 5.What size BBQs are available? Queen size (460 x460mm) and King size  (690 x 580mm) please note that is cooking area and the king represents a 90% increase on the Queen. We recommend the 6KW for the King Size. 6.What are the power requirements?  3.5KW require a 16Amp circuit and the 6KW requires a 32Amp circuit. 7 How do I install the BBQs?  Cabinet and Pedestal BBQs are simply bolted to a concrete base. Brick in models require you to build a brick surround around the BBQ. 8.What is the Warranty?  Our Products carry a two year warranty for full details please ask us to send you a warrant information card. 9. Where are your BBQs Made?  All our BBQs are constructed in Australia 10. Can I use Natural or Town Gas? Yes just specify your requirements and we shall provide the correct units.
